PRODUCT DETAILS 

DESCRIPTION

This 58mm metal button cap with PVC-based white solid plastisol liner, is designed for glass jars with a 58-2020 lug finish. It has a smooth side and a tamper evident botton top. Solid plastisol lined caps are the perfect option for hot-fill process. After the non-removable plastisol liner is heated/warmed from the production or sterilization temperature, it will solidify and create an airtight, hermetic seal.

 

To ensure compatibility, please request samples for testing before ordering. Pair this cap with any of the compatible jars/bottles for a finished product.

 

This products is recommend for a hot-fill and sterilization with a maxinum termperature of 250°F/121°C.

 

This caps are packed in bulk in PP bags and then into cardboard box. 1350pcs per carton, without pallet, 560cases per 20GP, 1360cases per 40HQ. With pallet, 490cases per 20GP, 1176cases per 40HQ.

 

Glass containers are sold separately.
