DESCRIPTION

This 38RTO tinplate metal cap with PVC-based white plastisol liner, is designed for glass bottles with a 38-2000 lug finish. It has a smooth side and top with a stacking feature along the rim. Plastisol lined caps are the perfect option for hot-fill process. After the non-removable plastisol liner is heated/warmed from the production or sterilization temperature, it will solidify and create an airtight, hermetic seal.

To ensure compatibility, please request samples for testing before ordering. Pair this cap with any of the compatible jars/bottles for a finished product.

This caps are widely used in the packaging and sealing of BBQ sauce, tomato sauce, curry sauce and other foods. Full lining or O lining caps can be made according to the inner content requirements (PH value).

This products is recommend for a hot-fill and sterilization with a maxinum termperature of 214°F/101°C.

This caps are packed in bulk in PP bags and then into cardboard box. 3000pcs per carton, without pallet, 560cases per 20GP, 1360cases per 40HQ. With pallet, 490cases per 20GP, 1176cases per 40HQ.
